End of Year processes - Genesis Student Registrations & Data

Hi all - it is that time of year again.

A few notes to adhere to as we approach the end of the school year.

Rollover is scheduled for July 1, 2025. During this time, you will not have access to Genesis SIS. However, the rollover duration is typically short. Please plan accordingly. On the day of rollover, you will receive an email from me when the system is opened again.

Once the system is open, you will (must) work only in the 25-26 school year. You can flip back for reference, but you cannot change anything in the 24-25 year.

Timeline: From now until the end of the year, any registration changes MUST be handled in the following manner. Please pay special attention to the two scenarios...
